- 30-Day Window: If you don't love your plunge, return the chiller for a full refund. Keep the tub for $99.
- Condition: Chiller must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but we cannot accept chillers that have been run for a prolonged period of time. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on tubs or hoses once they have been filled with water.
