Free Shipping on All Kits We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all cold plunge kits within the contiguous United States. Because our goal is to provide a professional-grade plunge at the lowest possible price, we have optimized our logistics to cut out unnecessary warehousing costs.

How Your Order Arrives (The "3-Box" System)

To give you the best price without sacrificing quality, your Cold Plunge Kit ships in three separate packages. These packages may arrive on different days.

Here is what to expect after you place your order:

📦 Shipment 1: The Connection Kit

  • Contents: Pump, hoses, fittings, and inflation accessories.
  • Origin: Shipped directly from our US facility.
  • Estimated Arrival: 3–5 business days.

📦 Shipment 2: The Chiller Unit

  • Contents: The WiFi-enabled water chiller.
  • Origin: Shipped directly from our manufacturing partner.
  • Estimated Arrival: 5–10 business days.

📦 Shipment 3: The Tub

  • Contents: The insulated drop-stitch tub and cover.
  • Origin: Shipped directly from our manufacturing partner.
  • Estimated Arrival: 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Because your items ship separately, you will receive 3 separate tracking numbers.

  • As soon as each item leaves the warehouse, we will email you the specific tracking number for that box.
  • Please do not be alarmed if the Connection Kit arrives before the Chiller, or vice versa. This is normal!

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase.
  • If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the Chiller or Tub arrives damaged (e.g., severe dents or punctures), please take photos immediately and contact us at help@tempdroplabs.com so we can file a claim with the manufacturer and make it right.

Missing Packages

If a tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven't received that specific box, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately.
