How much does a cold plunge cost?
Our complete Cold Plunge kit is $999, compared to $3,000 to $5,000 for comparable premium brands. You can also buy the insulated tub or chiller separately.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are plunging within 30 minutes. Inflate the tub, connect the hoses, fill with water, and turn on the chiller. No tools or plumbing required.
What is included in the kit?
The Cold Plunge kit includes the XL five-layer insulated ice tub, the 1/2 HP water chiller, and the full connection kit with pump, hoses, and fittings.
What size chiller do I need?
A 1/2 HP chiller is the sweet spot for a home cold plunge. It holds 39°F reliably where underpowered 1/3 HP units struggle.

How do I keep the water clean?
Test every 3 to 4 days, treat weekly, and change the water every 4 to 6 weeks. Our Water Maintenance Kit includes sanitizer, pH balancer, and test strips.
