Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Larger items like the cold plunge kit ship by freight or ground carrier.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, contact us to start a return. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out before shipping anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or a component is defective, contact us right away with photos and we will make it right.
