- Condition: Chiller must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but we cannot accept chillers that have been run for a prolonged period of time. The tub must be Unused. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on tubs or hoses once they have been filled with water.

What maintenance is required to keep water clean?
Keeping your water clean is simple if you follow a routine. Because our kit includes an upgraded high-flow pump and a sediment filter, your water is already being filtered constantly. The rest is just basic water chemistry.
We recommend using our Water Maintenance Kit (featuring Sirona Spa Care & Hydrogen Peroxide) and following this schedule:
- Day 1 (Initial Fill): Once full, follow the instructions on the Sirona Sanitizer bottle to add the starting dose. Then, pour in 1/2 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide to "shock" the water and lock in clarity.
- Weekly: Rinse your pleated water filter and add a maintenance dose of Sirona Sanitizer (as directed on the bottle) to keep bacteria at bay.
- Quarterly: Drain and refill. Since the tub is efficient (98 gallons), this is quick to do with a standard garden hose.
- Pro Tip: Always keep the insulated cover locked when not in use. This blocks sunlight (which causes algae) and keeps debris out.
